Shipping Policy
Once your dress has been paid for in full, it will be carefully prepared for dispatch.
All dresses are shipped using a tracked and insured delivery service to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs, where applicable, will be confirmed at the time of purchase or invoicing.
Estimated delivery times will be provided as a guide only. While we do our best to dispatch promptly, delivery times may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
Collection Option
Where agreed, dresses may also be collected in person by appointment. Collection details will be confirmed once full payment has been received.
Responsibility After Dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for the dress passes to the customer. You will receive tracking details so you can monitor delivery.
SB Bridal is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, missed delivery attempts, or incorrect address details provided at checkout or invoicing.
Delivery Issues
If your dress arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs of the packaging and the item. This allows us to raise the issue with the courier promptly.
Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
